Q. What service levels include email forwarding?
A. Parking and DNS service both include forwarding to one single address (catch-all forwarding) and DNS-Plus service includes forwarding to many different email addresses.

Q. What is catch-all email forwarding?
A. Catch-all means that all email that gets sent to your domain name is
forwarded to the same email address. Catch-all is included in both
Parking and DNS service.

Q. Why would I need email fowarding service?
A. If you want to setup email addresses for your domain name (for
instance, joe@example.com) but you are not running your own mail server and you do not want to pay someone to create additional mailboxes, then you can use email forwarding to create those addresses for your domain and have the email forwarded on to your existing email account.

Q. How does email forwarding work?
A. Email forwarding works by mapping an email address that you create
(this is called an alias) to the email account where you check your mail
(the delivery address). The email alias address can by anything you, and the delivery address can be any real email account you have on the
internet (your hotmail address, your yahoo address, your AOL address,
etc).

Q. How do I setup email forwarding for my domain name?
A. Once you have completed the signup and payment process you can login to your member page and use our web interface to create email aliases and specify their corresponding delivery address.
