A. No, you do not have to transfer your domain name to easyDNS in order
to use our DNS service. Just select "Service Only" during the
signup
process.
Q. How many nameservers do you operate?
We have 5 name servers on 3 secure co-location facilities (Q9 in Toronto, Rackspace in Texas and London England), so if one were to suffer any kind of interruption there would be at least 2 other entirely seperate locations still returning DNS queries.

Q. How long does it take for my DNS changes to take effect?
A. All changes on easyDNS occur in real-time, but it may take several
hours for new DNS information to propagate throughout the internet.
Q. How do I make changes to my DNS information?
A. To make changes to your DNS information just login to your easyDNS
account, select the domain name you wish to change, and then use the web
interface to change existing information or enter new information.
