Q. What is a place holder webpage?

A. A place holder webpage is a page on easyDNS's servers that notifies
people that your domain name is a parked domain with easyDNS. It is
nicer than the "No DNS entry" warning that you get when your domain does
not point to a website.

Q. What is catch-all email forwarding?
A. Catch-all means that all email that gets sent to your domain name is
forwarded to the same email address. Catch-all is included in both
Parking and DNS service.

Q. Can I signup for parking service even if my domain name is registered somewhere else?
A. To use Parking service you must either register a new domain name
with easyDNS or transfer your existing domain name to easyDNS.

Q. When should I use Parking service instead of your other services?
A. If you just want to register a domain name and use it to receive
email at your domain using catch-all email forwarding then parking
service is right for you. Or, if you are going to use someone else's DNS
servers and just want a good home for your domain name then parking
service is right for you.

Q. I originally signed up for parking but now I need you for DNS or
DNS-Plus service, what do I do?

A. Just click the "upgrade" button on your members page and you can
upgrade to the service level you need.
