Q. Does the cost of a subscription block include registry fees?

A. No, the cost of a subscription block only includes the DNS service
for domains in the subscription block, the registry fees (sometimes
called domain fees) are billed separately, either by easyDNS or by your
registrar.

Q. Should I use subscription blocks if I am already using easyDNS as the
registar for my domain name?

A. No, subscription blocks are meant for customers who are looking for
DNS service for multiple domain names that are already registered
through another domain name registrar.

Q. How many domain names can I put in my subscription block?
A. It all depends on the size of the subscription block you purchase. If
you purchase a 10 domain subscription block then you can place up to 10
domain names into the subscription block.

Q. I purchased a subscription block by mistake, what do I do now?
A. If you purchased a subscription block by mistake just contact
customer support (support@easydns.com) and we will take care of it for
you.

Q. Why would I want to use subscription blocks?
A. If you have multiple domain names registered with another domain name
registrar and do not want to transfer them to easyDNS, then you can use
subscription blocks as a way to reduce the overall cost of service.
